Northrop Grumman Strategic Space Systems Division is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to supervise 2nd shift employees and activities at our Redondo Beach, CA facility.
In this role you will:
Supervise employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning and ventilation, painting, and/or general maintenance
Set priorities and perform forecasting
Allocate resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Be responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs)

Minimum High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of Facilities Maintenance or other related experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 2 years of Facilities Maintenance or other related experience, OR 6 years of Facilities Maintenance or other related experience in lieu of degree
Prior professional experience leading a team
Valid Drivers License
Ability to obtain and retain a DoD Security Clearance
Active (in-scope) DoD Secret Clearance
Experience in Managing trades in Facilities Maintenance
Experience in the trades in a Facilities Maintenance environment
