The Military Aircraft Systems Division Controller reports to the Military Aircraft Systems Vice President of Business Management with dotted line responsibility to the Vice President Sector Controller. The Division Controller requires an individual with a strong multi-dimensional skill set. The Division Controller will be interfacing with Business Management leadership within both Military Aircraft Systems and the AS Sector, as well as executive leadership within Military Aircraft Systems. Responsibilities encompass all financial aspects of the business including financial planning, reporting and analysis; planning and budget management for NCTA and capital; charging practices and compliance with company policy; ensuring adequacy of financial controls and SOX compliance, especially in the area of EAC profitability analysis; investment analysis; and special projects. The candidate must be broadly capable with the requisite financial analytical skills, a strong working knowledge of government contracting and demonstrated experience with GAAP, FAR and CAS. Basic qualifications include 10+ years' experience and excellent communication and presentation skills. BS or MBA in business management or related discipline required. Experience with major captures, proposal activities, and business case development is preferred. Security Clearance is required.

10 years of professional experience including working in a Controller capacity
Bachelor's degreein business management or related discipline from an accredited institution
Active D.O.D. Secret clearance must be current and maintained. U.S. Citizenship is required.
-Strong knowledge of government contracting
-Familiarity of financial control and SOX compliance
-Experience with GAAP and FAR
MBA in business management or related discipline from an accredited institution
Certified Public Accountant
Excellent communication and presentation skills
