The responsibility requires Structural Analysis Methods for aircraft subsystem structures for product design analysis and system installation analysis. Anticipated skillset includes familiarity with traditional closed form analysis, numerical FEM analysis, durability and damage tolerance analysis, and understand material allowable for layout and design sizing of aircraft subsystem structures. The position is responsible for aircraft subsystem structural parts as well as assembly analysis associated with installation of parts and subsystems. To be considered for this position, the candidate must demonstrate good collaboration, good writing and documentations skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM discipline with 0-2 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of direct industry experience
B.S. Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Aerospace Engineering

Salary Range: $70,200 - $105,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
