Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems (NGAS) seeks to fill a Survivability Manager Level 3 position. This role encompasses team leadership to ensure top program technical performance and will report to the IPT Director.
-Lead cross IPT team in mission simulation and operational assessment in the execution of system engineering processes for advanced systems architecture and design.
- Perform aircraft survivability analysis, operational employment analysis.
- Provide threat system analysis, aircraft operations analysis, survivability system performance.-
- Perform analysis on Survivability data to identify system performance trends.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise for survivability related studies, analysis, modeling and simulations.
- Participate in various process teams and ad hoc groups to develop survivability related system requirements, as well as operational employment plans and concepts.
- The candidate will work closely with the directors and managers of other engineering disciplines, program directors and program managers.
- Travel us expected about 25% of the time.

–Bachelorsof Science degree in a STEM discipline and a minimum of 7 years related experience in Engineering and management experience.
–Thecandidate must have proven technical leadership experience in either programIPT Lead or Chief Engineer role
–Mustbe experienced in all aspects of the survivability engineering processes.
–Highproficiency in technical problem solving, to include decomposition, root cause analysis, solution development, implementation and monitoring.
–Thisposition requires the applicant to have a Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Program Access.
–Master’s of Sciencedegree in STEM Discipline.
-Mustbe an expert in all aspects of the survivability engineering processes.
