Northrop Grumman is seeking a Property/Asset Management Analyst to coordinate property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, and company property in accordance with applicable government regulations and/or corporate policy. This position is located in Palmdale, CA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct and coordinate physical inventories
Update and maintain accountability records
Collaborate with other departments
Work with property focal points to ensure accountability and identification of assets
Provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability
Determine condition of assets and arrange for disposal
Provide various Ad Hoc material and tagged asset reports
Preparation/execution of contract transfer documentation
Assist in the preparation and submittal of property financial reports
Assist In contractor self-assessment Audits
Conduct property audits at supplier sites, as necessary
Ensure the timely closeout/disposition of property
Additional assignments may be given to assist other team members, as necessary
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of contracts, inventory, property disposition, asset management, and/or business-related experience -OR- a Master's degree with 1 year of stated experience -OR- 5 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, awarded/reviewed within the last 5 years
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
National Property Management Association Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM)
Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations - Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1 and applicable Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
Experience with industry leading best practices, techniques and standards as they pertain to property and asset management
