Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Project Management professional to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Palmdale, CA.

The Program Integrator is embedded within program product teams and has the following responsibilities:

  • Enable smooth and integrated collaboration and communication among product teams and program

  • Develop and support agile processes, process improvements, and standardization among product teams and program

  • Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects within product teams as it relates to current and future staffing, organization, and integration to meet program goals

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives, including:

  • Risks, issues, opportunities

  • Affordability, and other developing initiatives

  • Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving among integrating sub-IPTs, product teams, and program management, to include but not limited to developing, supporting, and managing metrics

  • Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress

  • Preparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetings

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3 years of project management experience OR a Master's degree and 1 year of experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Current and active DoD Secret security clearance

  • Ability to obtain Special Program Access (PAR)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous A&D industry experience

  • Experience in general business environment with experience in project management, program integration
