Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Position will support the Infrastructure Manager in the design, build, and maintenance of the Program Infrastructure, including the integration of program Production System equipment. As such candidates require working knowledge of the Automated Manufacturing Equipment, Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management Systems, SAP/Manufacturing Execution System, Quality Inspection Systems and JSIG requirements. Coordinates closely with program IPTs, subject matter experts, functional organizations and shared services. Effectively interacts with senior program leadership, customers, suppliers, and other internal and external personnel on significant matters that affect the program.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 15 years experience in DoD aerospace programs and Project Management. Experience with Automated Manufacturing Equipment, Product Data Management/Product Lifecycle Management Systems, SAP/and Manufacturing Execution Systems and Quality Inspection Systems. Active Secret Clearance is required along with the ability to obtain Special Program Access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Top Secret Security Clearance

• Project Management Professional Certification.

• ICD 503 and JSIG knowledgeable

• Experience/Understanding with managing Network Configuration Change
