Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cross Programs Production Test integrated program team requires a Production Test and Flight Operations Manager to orchestrate flight acceptance and production testing on a 3-10 work week schedule (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This position requires a highly motivated, self-starting individual with extensive relevant test experience as a Flight Test Engineer, Systems Test Engineer or UAS pilot who will oversee every aspect of acceptance testing of Palmdale Cross Programs air vehicles. Typical duties will include:
Manage the daily test activities and personnel support, prioritize tasks and oversee discrepancy resolution
Manage the daily tasks of the assigned personnel, including Flight Test Engineers, Systems Test Engineers, Pilots and support personnel
Manage the Flight Test Operations including flight crew and resource scheduling as well as staffing de-confliction.
Liaise and interface with the Government Flight Representative (GFR) and DCMA as required for weekend testing
Act as the Systems Integration, Test and Evaluation site lead during the assigned 3-10 work week
Bachelor of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math
Minimum of 5 years of relevant flight test experience with an emphasis on flight test engineering and operations
Must have an active DOD Secret clearance.

Master of Science degree in science, technology, engineering or math
Flexibility to work additional flight assignments beyond the defined requirements of this position.
Current or previously qualified Q-4 series pilot
FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, Airplane Single Engine Land privileges with Instrument Rating & minimum 500hrs PIC in a manned aircraft
Current Class II or higher FAA medical certificate
