Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Responsible for developing and maintaining performance metrics to enhance shop floor control. Selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and organizing data and developing charts and reports to provide visibility relative to performance and trends. Specific areas of focus include schedule, hours, travel work, and manpower. Ideal candidate will have experience in manpower and resource planning as well as maintaining detailed records of clearances and skill requirements. Responsible for collaborating with other groups and integrating information and data to build customized visibility tools.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

A minimum 1 year of experience gathering and organizing data and developing charts and reports

Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Must have an active DOD Secret Clearance to start within a 5 year review and the ability to obtain Special Program Access with the ability to maintain both.

Preferred Qualifications:

Resource Planning Experience

Familiarity with security clearance process
