Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Engineering Integration Manager 3 (Manager, Engineering 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA with frequent travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for the CLS operations and support for manned and/or unmanned systems. Will provide leadership to an organization responsible for maintenance training, strategic planning, resource allocation, and system effectiveness metrics. Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between point of origin through customer placement to meet customer requirements. Plan, direct, manage and control the cost, schedule and technical performance of the organization working with cross-functional teams from other Northrop Grumman entities. Develop and forecast maintenance operations and execution plans for manpower, training, and support, as well as additional Integrated Logistics Support, including maintenance training concepts, technical publications, system deployment activities, and the strategic plans for the standup of various systems. Analyze maintenance and logistic performance indicators, identify trends/root cause and implement corrective actions. Coordinate provisions for maintenance facilities, personnel, and support equipment, spares, repairs, consumables and implement repair and resupply concepts with detailed execution plans.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of related engineering; OR a Master's Degree with 7 years of related engineering.
At least 5 years of experience managing an organization with 20+ individuals as well as multi-million dollar budgets.
Current and active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access is required. This Special Program Access must be obtained within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Systems Engineering degree
Current Top Secret clearance
Salary Range: $176,100 - $264,100
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
