You will be a member of a multi-disciplined team responsible for providing liaison engineering support for Global Hawk/Triton Production line. Work will be on first shift, with expectations of working EWW and on-call for off days, as needed. Secret clearance is beneficial but not needed at start.
You will be working with subsystems installations, metallic and composite structure repairs.
You will be performing timely dispositions for nonconforming parts, assemblies, and installations. You will be working as part of a Material Review Board (MRB). Engineering change records (ECR's) may need dispositioning for line-stoppage Design errors.
You will be working with a team of engineers coordinating with multiple disciplines to determine solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.
Some of the tools you'll be using are MES, CATIA V5 and TeamCenter.
BS degree (or equivalent) in a Technical Engineering Discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, etc.)
A minimum of 9 years of Aerospace related experience
Support/Sustaining Engineering experience.
Experience in Structural or Mechanical Engineering Design/Analysis.
DoD Secret clearance required.
Master's Degree in an Engineering Field.
MRB qualified with 5 yrs experience.
2+ years of management experience.
2+ years of Structural or Mechanical Design/Analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication and managerial skills.
Experience with CATIA v5 and/or MES.
Excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and downward)
Active, In scope SCI clearance
