This position administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with3 years of business administration experience -OR-

Master's or J.D. degree with 1+ year of experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)

Knowledge of FAR/ DFARS

Active Top Secretclearance and the ability to obtain program access.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

Experience in contracts administration in Aerospace, Defense, or Finance/ Accounting industries,

2+ years of experience supporting sole source and competitive acquisitions

2+ years of experience with FAR/ DFARS

Experience with multiple contract types

Demonstrated experience communicating results of work to leadership
