Aerospace Systems is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. In this capacity, the expectation will be to support the HR Director for the Global Operations Center of Excellence in Palmdale, CA. This person will perform normal office functions such as setting up meetings and travel; screening calls and making proper referrals; arrange meetings and conferences; and at times, support the CoE executive office. They will also be expected to review drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. This person will be responsible for gathering, and compiling reports on information relevant to management assignments.
This position is an Admin Assistant to an HR Director with additional support to Directors within the organization. This individual must have proven ability to handle a matrix organization and support a high paced environment. Dependable and detailed oriented, able to make good decisions with minimal oversight and able to balance multiple priorities at the same time and willing to work overtime.
High School Diploma plus 6 years of Administrative support experience
Minimum of 4 years of Aerospace experience
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executive
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
Current Active DoD Secret clearance
