Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems located in Oklahoma City, OK has an opening for an Engineering Technician 1. The selected candidate will perform software development activities in support of B-2 program.

Essential Functions:

  • Work closely with software development and IT team members to understand the departmental stakeholder requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Responsible for the design and implementation of applications' build, release, deployment, and configuration activities.

  • Work with internal business partners to gather requirements for tools to enhance the quality of software development, prototyping, and architecting, implementing/updating solutions.

  • Interact, develop, engineer, and communicate collaboratively.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma and enrolled in software engineering or information technology related degree program

  • Youmust have an active DoD Secret or Top Secret and a background investigation within the scope of six years. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain all required security clearances and program specific accesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An Associate's Degree in software engineering or information technology related disciplines

  • Experience with Agile Development and DevOps concepts.
