Northrop Grumman Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Program Cost/Schedule Analyst2. The position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.

The ideal candidate will partner with Program Management through the preparation, reporting, and in depth analysis of actual, Indicated Final (IF), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) financials. This position is in a fast paced, strategic growth area that will require excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare budgets and schedule for contract work and perform and/or assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.

  • Perform analyses and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

  • Prepare program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

  • Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.

  • Set up cost control system, monitor and control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system.

  • Estimate at Completion (EAC) preparation and analysis

  • Treasury/cash flow forecasting.

  • Indirect rate formulation/analysis.

  • Project cost structure set-up and management; adherence to company policies, procedures and internal controls; and special projects as assigned.

  • Receive moderate interaction/supervision/direction from Business Manager.

  • Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.

  • Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplineand 3 or more years of financial analysis experience or a Master's degree and 1 year of financial analysis experience or an additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • MS-Office (Advanced Excel Knowledge)

  • Strong communications skills, self-starter

  • Ability to obtain and maintain aSecret security clearance

  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP and/or Business Warehouse experience

  • Earned Value Management (EVM)experience
