This position will be located at our Defense Systems Sector in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
You will become part of Northrop Grumman's Flight Software Design Solutions IPT. You will be part of our exciting team supporting software development and sustainment for multiple AF and Airbus platforms.
You will perform a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources for a specific project / business / technical unit. Additional responsibilities include:
Schedule internal and/or external customer meetings either in person or virtual settings. Utilize Zoom, Skype or similar video conferencing systems to run effecient meetings.
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
Compile, review and analyze data. Use functional area software and your desktop publishing experience, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
May design processes to enhance workflow. Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with MS Office suite (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel) with emphasis on desktop publishing skillset
Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance after hire
Experience with processing technical teams products
Experience with processing contract deliverables documents to meet customer timelines
Ability to maintain a cordial relationship with internal and external customers
Current Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
