This position is located in Ogden Airport, Utah and will be the Mission Assurance Analyst for all Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) programs. The selected candidate will report to the Utah Area Mission Assurance manager, and will support Quality Management System activities related to process and performance compliance.

  • You will beprimarily responsible for the maintenance of the AS9100 certified Quality Management System (QMS) for ESI, to include establishment and maintenance of any required procedures, internal auditing and corrective action programs and the development of sound program metrics.

  • Develop, collect, and analyze metrics

  • Root cause analysis and corrective action

  • Implementation and maintenance of risk management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) and a minimum ofnine years' experience in Quality-OR- Master's degree andseven years' experience in a quality related field. May consider an additional 4 years of related work experience in lieu of degree.

  • Must possess a complete and thorough understanding of all facets of Quality as well as current auditing practices.

  • Strong working knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100

  • AS9100 Lead Auditor trained

  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts, process and tools

  • Proficient with the MS-Office Professional suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint)

  • Experience developing, collecting, and analyzing metrics

  • Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

  • Experience in implementation and maintenance of risk management

  • Demonstrated ability to present information to a variety of stakeholders and to package (arrange/assemble) data in a manner consistent with the target audience

  • Possesssuperior ability to establish and nurture an excellent working relationships with all customers both internal and external.

  • US Citizenship required

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance

Bachelor of Science (MS) in engineering or STEM degree

Minimumtwo years' recent ICBM experience

Advanced use of MS Excel formulas and Access databases

Familiar with Six Sigma concepts
