Northrop Grumman is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located at Ogden, Utah.

The successful candidate will join our Security team and will provide day-to-day security oversight of program activities.You will be team oriented and have the ability to work with others collaboratively in a professional and high-energy environment. You will possess the ability to adapt to constantly changing demands and demonstrate capability to take on new and unfamiliar tasks.
Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.
Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.
Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted records and materials.
Conduct security education classes and security audits.
Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Provide security support to site security manager as directed and function as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO).
Function as the COMSEC custodian.
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant work experience or a Master’s degree and 4 years of relevant work experience or 10 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Selected candidate will provide security support to site security manager as directed.
Function as the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) with demonstrated knowledge NISPOM (DoD 5200-22-M), ICD-705 and DoD 5205.07 series.
Top Secret security clearance is required with adjudication in the past 5 years
Ability to meet program access requirements as determined by US Government customer.
Two to 5 years as COMSEC custodian.
Two to 5 years as CPSO.
Demonstrated experience in Physical security with knowledge of intrusion detection systems (i.e. alarms, locks, access control).
Familiarity with the following databases: JPAS, ISFD and DIAS.
