We are currently seeking an experienced NV1 Cyber Security and Accreditation Manager to lead our Accreditation team.

Your role will be responsible for leading and developing our IT accreditation team and help shape and drive Cyber Security across the business and a range of external stakeholders. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects across multiple companies and help mentor junior staff. You will also get the opportunity to develop your own skills and gain certifications such as IRAP.

Day to day responsibilities of your new role will include:

  • Lead a team responsible for providing ICT security advice and support to a range of business and technology stakeholders both within and outside of Northrup Grumman.

  • Deliver certification and accreditation outcomes

  • Provide direction and advice on techniques and procedures for conducting Information System security risk assessments and compliance audits, and the evaluation and testing of hardware, firmware and software for possible impact on system security

  • Direct and advise on investigations security incidents and resolve issues.

  • Provide leadership to harness professional expertise to deliver capability to Northrop Grumman internal and external customers.

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining key ICT Security related documentation.

  • Support certification and accreditation pre-sales

To be successful in this role you will need the following essential skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an ICT related discipline

  • Extensive ICT Audit experience

  • IRAP or CISSP and/or CISA or equivalent qualification

  • NV1 or NV2 clearance

  • Awareness and experience with Australian Government and Industry ICT Security Guidelines and Standards.

  • Extensive experience with developing and maintaining ICT Security related documentation.

  • Ability to provide leadership and motivation in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to provide ICT Security advice to business and technical stakeholders.

  • Capableof effectively translating and presenting complex technical concepts toboth technical and non-technical management and customers, throughpresentations and written media.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Keen attention to detail.
