Under close direction, theAssociate Electrical Engineerwill perform a variety of basic engineering tasks associated with the analysis, design, or testing of electronic hardware. Apply theoretical knowledge and engineering techniques to solution of engineering problems. Design and document or select commercially available equipment, coordinate design results with other design groups, evaluate the merits of the design under the direction of more senior engineers.
- Electrical Engineer for production radar system troubleshooting and data analysis
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Help troubleshoot and diagnose radar production issues
Analyze radar data and support flight data analysis
Perform system acceptance test procedures (ATP) on radar systems
Education and Experience
BS Engineering or Physics
Knowledge of radar or RF systems preferred
Demonstrated ability to apply radar principles and techniques preferred
Ability to develop and communicate solutions to problems with basic instructions
Knowledge of test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscope preferred
Skills in programming: Matlab or equivalent required
Ability to obtain secret security clearance required
