Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Systems Integration and Test Engineer 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.
The selected candidate will Perform technical planning for system integration and verification from the requirements to actual testing in the lab and delivery of the SW to the customer.
Candidate should be able to understand customer contractual needs and requirements and develop a concept into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. Experience in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans, system integration of new equipment into the SIL, creation and execution of test procedures and mission scenarios. The candidate should also be able to assist with the integrated testing activities, review and evaluate test requirements, performs technical data analysis of lab and flight test data. Proficiency and experience with Cost Account Management work is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 2+ years of system engineering experience OR
Master's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university
DoD Secret clearance or higher and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Prior experience in a lab environment
Working knowledge of Test plans, test procedures and simulated mission environments and creating test scenarios
Experience with DOORS
Creating and dry-running test procedures and releasing SW
