Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Program Manager 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Responsible for the E2/C2 Program Management and execution of all Science and Technology efforts. Maintain Cost and Schedule of multiple efforts at varying Security levels. Provide program indoctrinations, annually required refresher briefings, and various briefings. Communicate and provide contract data items to the respective Government customers. Respond to customer data calls, management reviews, and requests for proposals.Direct reporting and accountability to the AMC S&T PM and ultimately the AMC Director. Responsible for Security Compliance on all program efforts, both collateral and restricted.Support the PM with employee performance assessments and engagement.

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering within a program management function within aerospace industry.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically creating and manipulating MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Active in-scope Secret clearance with lastinvestigation within the past 6 years
Master's degree from an accredited university
Previous experience with E-2 program
