The position requires basic knowledge of the EIA Standard 748 and the EVMS Implementation Guide (EVMSIG) with two years working experience in Cost Management/EVMS.
Responsibilities include: participating in EVM surveillance; performing assessments of variance analysis and EAC analysis; support the preparation of CAM Teams for DCMA surveillance and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs); support internal audits; Perform monthly Budget, EAC, Actuals, and Variance Analysis;
Candidate will be running EVM data analytics, review IPMRs and EVMS Artifacts for compliance. Ensure EVMS data integrity and compliance; Control and reconcile all changes to the PMB (in a timely manner) and ensure cost and schedule integration.
Candidate will build professional relationships to support the functional department, CAM teams, Program Managers, and DCMA.
Active DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance with full investigation in the last 6 years
Minimum of3 years of Cost and/or Schedule Analysis experience with related Earned Value Management (EVM) Analysis Experience
Minimum of2 year combined experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) tools to include any of the following: SAP,MPM, WInsight, Cobra, MS Project, forProject, or similar systems
Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
Familiarity with NGAS Cost and Schedule Management Processes and Tools
Prior experience working for a defense contractor, military, or production operations environment
