We are seeking a Principal Cyber Project Manager for our Melbourne, FL offices.
Responsibilities will be for Cyber projects only and will include (but not limited to):
Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management.
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Responsibilities are within the Project/Program Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of business experience or Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience. An additional 4 years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Must have an active Secret DoD Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace background
SAP Experience
CAM Certified
MS office Suite knowledge
Top Secret Clearance
Active Program Access
Salary Range: $74,600 - $111,800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
