Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Software Engineer 3 System Test Discrepancy Reporting System Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Melbourne, Florida.
Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems Sector is seeking a Software Engineer to support the program in the development, implementation of the system test discrepancy reporting system and related processes and tools. In this role, the Engineer will assist in the development and management of the process, implementation and administration of related tools, and provide visibility into the process and its execution, highlighting potential areas of improvement opportunity for program action.
Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 5 years of engineering experience OR
Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university and 3 years of engineering experience
Experienced in developing/managing/administering system test discrepancy reporting processes (including review boards)
Experienced in managing/configuring database systems / applications in support of discrepancy reporting processes
An active in-scope DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from an accredited university and 5 years of engineering experience OR
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering from an accredited university and 3 years of engineering experience
Familiarity with defense acquisition lifecycle
Familiarity with aircraft systems/subsystems architectures (i.e., CNI, vehicle, cockpit, )
Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
The ability to obtain program access
