Northrop Grumman's Manned Aircraft Design Center of Excellence located in Melbourne Florida has an immediate opening for an experienced engineer specializing in aircraft fluid system routing design (ECS, Fuel, Hydraulics, and etc). The chosen candidate will have a demonstrated ability to perform routing of aircraft tubing and integration of fluid system components. The candidate will be capable of working in a collaborative environment to find solutions to complex design challenges that satisfy stakeholder requirements. The candidate will be proficient in 3D CAD modeling techniques, specifically routing practices.

This position will bepermanently located in Melbourne, FL. Some travel is required.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited universitywith a minimum of2 years' experiencedirectly related to aircraft mechanical systems development and analysis.

Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with NX and TeamCenter.
