Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal PMO Operations Lead to support the USACE program in McLean VA.
In this role, you will:
Be the focal point for tracking and ensuring quality and on-time delivery of Deliverables and responsiveness to TDLs.
Maintain Program communications, coordination schedules, in partnership with the Program Manager.
Ensure timely coordination and delivery of all Government required documents, including RIPs, TARs, PNR, reports, meeting agendas, minutes and schedules.
Be responsible for collecting customer performance feedback and tracking issues at the Program level for pro-active communication and support of client concerns.
Facilitate program transition and Program Management Office (PMO) target executiona to meet Northrop Grumman standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
Elevate issues to Program Leadership.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 7 years -OR- Masters and a minimum of 5 years years experience in general PMO management and operations.
Experience with DoD operations and customer requirements management
Experience with data management systems, tools and processes
Ability to implement effective change management processs to communicate innovations across the organization.
Working knowledge of financial and technical data sources, models, and systems integration requirements.
Familiar with financial reporting, technical data sources and system integration requirements.
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, SCRUM, AGILE and PMO best industry practices
Must possess and active Secret security clearance. US citizenship required.
Masters degree in Project Management
Active Top Secret security clearance
Minimum of 10 years experience in general PMO management and operations.
