Northrop Grumman Technology Services is a seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will support the Global Services Division, within the Technology Services Sector and will be located in McLean, VA.

Responsibilities include development and execution of HR priorities that align with business growth objectives. This position will be responsible for providing HR expertise to a mix of local and geographically-dispersed employees across the country.

This individual will collaborate with HR, and program and functional leadership to provide local guidance on compensation, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, policy interpretation, employee development, and associated initiatives. The individual will ensure compliance related to company's policies, procedures, and business conduct as well as state and federal regulations. Success in this role will also rely upon the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across all levels of the organization, up to executive leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience; minimum 1 year with Masters

Employee relations experience with strong conflict resolution skills

Ability to handle competing priorities and multiple customers in a dynamic business environment

Previous experience supporting a client base

Experience in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, policy administration, and/or employee development

Proven ability to successfully compile projects in a fast-paced environment
