Northrop Grumman is looking for a Facilities Representative replacement for the McClellan site. This position will have the responsibility to Coordinate Facilities projects, develop SOW's, get cost estimates, submit PJS's, run bid walks, and inspect quality of work during the process of these projects. Per Management directions, this position assigns work orders and oversees the Maintenance Connect work order system. This position also requires oversight to the data base. Tracking recurring PMs, tests, inspection logs, and procedures related to the task. This position also will maintain library of records for Facilities, including reports, O&M Manuals, Building Plans, As Built drawings, etc. This will be done both locally and on SharePoint. This position will also serve as the Facilities POC for Janitorial and EHS. Janitorial responsibilities includes overseeing the Janitorial Contract and Janitorial services. This includes both keeping track of Janitorial supplies and doing quality inspections for site cleanliness. EHS functions include coordination with management and Facilities staff members to ensure compliance and safety inspections records are being maintained. This position will also assist in Space Planning (Archibus), Service PO's and SOW's, assist in Management preparation for audits, which includes company procedures, Insurances, Fire Department Inspections, and other required documents.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

6 Years of facilties or direclty related with Bachelors; or 4 Years with Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substitute for a Bachelor's degree.

Proficient with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and/or Databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High level understanding of building systems

  • High level understanding of Building construction

  • High level understanding of building/facilities operations.
