Candidate is responsible for cost and schedule performance for test set development and test execution for Module Assembly and Test department (MA&T). The candidate will be the point of contact for program test execution from proposal, test development, test implementation, product test sustainment and ultimately program closeout. Candidate must have demonstrated ability to lead and provide direction to a technical cross-functional team. Exceptional communication skills are required. Candidate must have extensive experience in software and hardware development for space and/or avionics applications. Position will be the functional manager for a mix of junior and very experienced engineers with wide range of technical backgrounds. Project Management fundamentals and leadership skills are essential to creating and managing project tasks and team; CAM experience preferred, as position will report status and earned value to programs.

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related field (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) with minimum 7 years of experience or Master's Degree with minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Experience developing software
Professional work experience in analyzing and testing computer hardware and software
Understanding of metrology, sources of measurement error, and uncertainty analysis
Experience with test equipment and measurement techniques to verify and validate product requirements
Candidate must able to obtain and maintain, at least ONE of the following active U.S. Government security clearances:
Dept of Defense Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years
OR SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years
OR Dept of Energy Q clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within 5 years
Strong Project Management Fundamentals (Scope, Cost & Schedule - EVMS, and Risk Management)
Experience developing software in LabView
Experience extracting, organizing, and presenting metrics
Ability to analyze data
Great speaking oral and written skills
Experience creating tools
