The D&L/PC IPT Integration Manager & New Business lead will be a integral part of the D&L/PC IPT leadership team and serve as a liason between all segments of the organization as a focal point for collaboration. The individual will be involved with the day-to-day business of running a large IPT and will innovate process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness. They will also partner with IPT leadership to develop vision and strategy for new business pursuits, collaborate with M1T organization, and manage IPT proposal activities and products for BPEs, CROMs, and full proposals. Key responsibilities will include integration and planning of staffing requirements across the IPT to align with business needs, coordination of staffing requirements with functional management, hosting and co-chairing the IPT Engineering Review Board, and representing the IPT at various project & program forums including ERB, risk management board (RMAB), customer briefings, and design reviews.
The successful candidate will be a business minded engineer with a wide-technical breadth, and possess strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution with 14 years of experience; 12 years with a Masters (MS) degree plus 10 years of experience digital hardware design development for space applications
Previous leadership experience managing engineers and technicians in a process driven environment
Must have an active SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
20 years of experience developing/testing Electronics for military or spacecraft applications
Digital or Mixed signal unit, slice, board, and/or ASIC/FPGA design and development experience
Master's or PhD degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or other Engineering field from an accredited institution
Hands-on knowledge of programmatic/cost account management (CAM) processes, project planning and scheduling, cost control, change control board, risk management, EVMS, staffing, coordination and oversight of technical work effort
