Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems is currently seeking an experienced Princ Logistics Planning Analyst at the Bacchus Utah facility.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for Operational Logistics and planning for the Facilities and Maintenance team.
Successful candidate should have sound communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work closely with coworkers and engineering staff, good financial management skills, computer skills to include Word, Excel, MSAccess, Costpoint and CMMS (Maximo).
Work with crafts, Supply Chain, Engineering and personnel to develop material requirements for facilities, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance projects. Review the critical spare parts on hand and needed.
Purchase and receive materials, manage kitting areas and assist in general warehouse management.
Understand process equipment and operational availability (OA). Assist in developing both predictability and reliability initiatives to improve OA
Bachelor's degree and 6 years related experience.
Skilled with Microsoft products
Must be able to positively interact with workers, contractors, management, engineering, and customers.
1-2 years' experience in the manufacturing / energetics Value Stream
Basic familiarity with the company's accounting system (Costpoint).
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Knowledge/proficiency in Propulsion Enterprise System or other quality programs.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. in a warehouse environment
Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance philosophies and ability to implement
Good communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work unsupervised as a self-motivated employee.
