As a Staff Spacecraft Operations Engineer at Northrop Grumman you will have a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be a part of our Enterprise-wide digital transformation. Participates in technical aspects of mission planning and scheduling, mission operations plan development, complex operations procedure and software tool development, telemetry and data review, data and satellite model based systems engineering (MBSE). Perform data gathering and complex analysis tasks in support of anomaly and failure review. Develop and implement of contingency and recovery plans and procedures.
14 Years Experience with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD in a STEM related field
3 years of satellite experience.
1 year of design, requirements, or model based systems engineering experience.
Knowledge of sensor technology.
U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
3 years radio frequency, optical (EO/IR), infrared, or satellite networking
Experience in Cameo, DOORS, Rhapsody, C++, Java, Python, Model Based System Engineering, Digital Engineering, or DevSecOps.
