Northrop Grumman is seeking an e xperienced CPSO with experience in program security, knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes operating procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of CPSO, Security or related experience or MS Degree and 4 years of CPSO, Security, or related experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.

Active Secret Clearance.

Salary Range: $82,400 - $123,600

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
