Mission Systems Operations has an immediate opening for a Talent Strategy Manager to lead this effort and drive an agile talent model in the digital age. The position reports directly to the Director of Advanced and Strategic Transformation within Operations.
The successful candidate will:
Partner with Division and Site Leadership to develop and implement strategic talent initiatives to hasten the development of the critical skills to meet Operational objectives
Implement strategies and platforms that enable a virtually connected workforce
Apply change management principles in the implementation of new initiatives
Be a flexible and progressive thinker with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/tasks from inception to completion in a changing environment.
Have demonstrated experience in working in a matrixed organization with the ability to influence and lead teams
Use data to provide insights in making and acting on talent decisions.
Have a demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of leadership
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
10 years' experience with operations and/or program management, talent management, and/or related field
Excellent communications, writing and presentation skills
A proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple and evolving projects
5+ years of team lead and/or management of people
Experience developing strategy with high visibility teams
Strategic and critical thought leadership
Experience in SAFe Lean and Agile Principles
