Northrop Grumman is seeking a Information Systems Analyst 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to support the design, development, and sustainment of Global Supply Chain reports for monitoring and improving organizational performance. Responsible for information systems design, development, and analysis in one or more of the following areas of technical expertise: programming, PC application analysis, software development, systems integration, and related disciplines.
The Analyst will play a key role in the delivery of the technical solutions for the Global Supply Chain organization and will be critical in supporting the supply chain teams to define how business relevant data is delivered using various SAP BW/HANA solutions. The architecture is developed using HANA Studio to design SAP Business Warehouse queries, to be used data sources for the suite of SAP Business Objects tools. These solutions are delivered to the end-users, utilizing SAP applications such as Web Intelligence (WEBI), Advanced Analysis for Office (AAO), Lumira Discovery and Lumira Designer.

A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to complete the following tasks or knowledge of the functional requirements;
Experience with SAP business warehouse (BW) lifecycle implementation including data modeling, extractions, data staging, loadings, transformations, and reporting
Design, develop and implement robust BI solutions to serve the needs of Global Supply Chain
Conduct technical peer reviews of designs
Complete code reviews prior to testing, conduct technical reviews of test plans, lead test execution activities, lead defect triage and resolution activities during all test phases
Support production readiness evaluation, and ensure the final build is deployed and configured correctly in production
Work closely with IT BW Team to complete technical handover into Enterprise system
Ensuring consistency of data between BW/HANA and related ERP systems and data sources
Demonstrate excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of Business and IT resources
Linthicum, MD is the preferred location. San Diego, CA will also be considered.
9 years of SAP and/or Information Systems experience with Bachelor of Science Degree or 7 experience Years with a Masters Degree
Computer Science or Information Systems Degree
Proven SAP Business Intelligence development skills
Must be a self-motivated individual, able to work on tasks unsupervised
Ability to work well with teams geographically dispersed
Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices and principles, preferably in an Aerospace and Defense environment
Five (5) years of experience in SAP BW/HANA, SAP BW 7.X design and development
Expertise on multiple SAP systems including HANA Studio, SAP BW/HANA, ECC, BOBJ
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify the issue, focus the resources of the project and apply decisive reasoning to produce solutions meeting organizational requirements
