In the Defense Systems sector, you'll join our experts in developing systems that keep our world safe. We are looking for a System Security Engineer to support our Engineering organization's goals to meet the current and future needs of the programs and technologies within the sector portfolio. This role will help foster the establishment and maintenance of a world class Software and Digital Technologies organization in Albuquerque, NM.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in information security in relation to DoD systems.
Three years of demonstrated experience performing assessments of systems and networks within the network environment or enclave to identify where those systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations as defined in NIST SP 800-53 in support of system accreditation under RMF.
Three years of demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive assessments of the management, operational, and technical security controls and control enhancements employed within or inherited by DoD information technology (IT) systems to determine the overall effectiveness of the controls as defined in NIST SP 800-37.
Two plus (2+) years of demonstrated experience developing and maintaining Information Assurance (IA) artifacts in support of ongoing system accreditation.
Two plus (2+) years of demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive technology research to evaluate potential vulnerabilities in cyberspace systems and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
Minimum Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II certification and able to achieve IAT III certification within 6 months of entrance on duty.
Shall achieve within 6 months of entrance on duty Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III certification.

Salary Range: $99,500 - $149,300
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
