Northrop Grumman is seeking an Administrative Document Control Specialist 3 in support of Distributed Mission Operations Center (DMOC) at the 705th Combat Training Squadron in the USAF. Through the DMOC, warfighters at locations around the globe face realistic threat scenarios to practice tactics and procedures. The DMOC architecture integrates virtual and constructive simulations across various networks to support a synthetic battlespace that model's weapons and Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance. This role will help foster the establishment and maintenance of a world class Software and Digital Technologies organization in Albuquerque, NM.

Position Description:
Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated Documents.
Creates and or maintains workflow processing documentation and shop floor work instructions.
Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate changes, reports, and documents.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years' experience
Familiar with Microsoft Suite (Excel and Word, PPT)
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Jira
Knowledge of reading drawings, specifications, and parts
A ctive DoD Secret or higher clearance

Salary Range: $41,000 - $68,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
