Northrop Grumman is seeking qualified candidates for a Business Resiliency Analyst role in Irving, TX . The analyst will work alongside a team to ensure all essential business activities can be recovered and continued globally in the event of a business interruption, by ensuring adequate tools, processes, documentation, facilities, and systems are in place.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Designs and maintains integrated processes and tools that enable the company to expose and monitor risk, communicate rapidly, properly plan and respond to events

  • Serves as the technical contact for vendor solutions

  • Serves as project manager for resilience initiatives with a focus on enterprise risk identification and mitigation

  • Serves as a subject matter expert and consultant on recovery to organizations throughout the enterprise as they plan and address disasters and interruptions

  • Assures quality business continuity and IT disaster recovery plans and test results to ensure plans are maintained in an executable and resilient state.

  • Tracks and applies industry-leading standards to the implementation of processes and tools

  • Prepares and conducts trainings for internal customers

  • Oversees the development and facilitation of exercises and tests, as well as requirements to test

  • Supports the development of 24x7 response procedures for Global Assistance Center operators

  • Provides support to the Incident Commander and Enterprise Crisis Management Team

  • Monitors and analyzes threats and serves as surge capacity for the Global Assistance Center

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 12+ years of relevant experience

  • Experience in crisis management or business continuity

  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication skills

  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level security clearance as a condition of continued employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Archer GRC

  • Experience managing high-level, complex, and cross-functional project implementations

  • The successful applicant will have a background in resilience-based roles and be able to demonstrate experience of Business Continuity in a complex multi-layered working environment

Salary Range: $115,400 - $173,200

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
