Northrop Grumman Cash Management Analyst in Irving, Texas

Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking qualified candidates for a Cash Management Analyst position in Irving, TX. The position is reporting to the Manager of Cash Management. Candidate must be detailed oriented, have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and should have strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills. The selected individual(s) will play a key role in performing the Cash Desk and Disbursement statement of work, and will work with their team to ensure strong processes and controls are in place and will provide value added services to our customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serves as key POC for sector customers and Corporate Treasury for Cash & Disbursement and its application processes

  • Coordinates cash & disbursement requirements with Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Systems Group, and external banking provider on relevant cash management and banking matters

  • Processes ACH, Checks, domestic and foreign wire payments, transfers, as well as funding foreign bank accounts

  • Utilizes SAP tool to review bank activities and clear cash accounts.

  • Maintains and updates bank information for foreign vendor master records

  • Participates in monthly closing activities

  • Assists in setting up and executing international payments

  • Participates in the definition, implementation and optimization of automated systems and processes; and support for special projects, as required

  • Serves as point of contact for internal and external audits related to department activity

  • Interfaces with Corporate Treasury and serve as Corporate Treasury disaster recovery backup as needed

  • Works in ERP1, ERP2 and/or MSD systems to process payments and clear transactions, and research issues


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field withat least 3years' of relevant experience

  • Excellent leadership, communication (verbal and written) and organization skills

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP experience

  • Treasury/Cash experience

  • Experience in a financial services environment

  • Strong understanding of accounting and cash controls

  • Government contracting experience

  • Understanding of FAR, GAAP, CAS, and SOX requirement
