Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking self-motivated, hard-working full-time Aircraft Maintenance Manager for the Republic of Korea (ROK) Global Hawk (GH) Program in Sacheon, ROK (South Korea). Applies maintenance management knowledge, skills and techniques to effectively manage this high profile program. Responsible for the daily maintenance operations for a fleet of on-station Global Hawk Aircraft. Oversees maintenance servicing and repair to ensure that aircraft are in good mechanical condition and safe for flight. Ensures trained professionals on site for launch, recovery and designated maintenance tasks. Attend daily meetings, releases aircraft for flight, authorized CANN/MICAP actions, prioritize maintenance efforts, assist with scheduling and make mission essential determinations. Recommend procedure changes to improve maintainability of aircraft and timely inspections. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Tasks include, but not limited to, approving timecards for NGTS employees on site, working closely with ROKAF personnel to ensure all mission objectives/schedules are met. May assume management duties of the overall team in the Site Manager's absence.
-10 years military aircraft maintenance experience
-5 years of supervisory experience and strong technical background.
-Active Secret Security Clearance within last two years
-Previous Global Hawk Maintenance supervisor or manager
-Detailed understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Procedures
