Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, Combat Systems and Mission Readiness Division, Multi-Domain Mission Command (MDMC) Operating Unit is seeking a dynamic Deputy Program Manager 3 to support the Poland WISLA IBCS Program based in Huntsville, AL. The successful candidate will be an experienced program management professional and be responsible for program cost, schedule and technical performance of programs/projects or sub-elements of a major Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

The Operating Unit Multi-Domain Mission Command (MDMC) encompasses a portfolio of capabilities in Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) and Multi-Domain Command and Control, weapon systems engineering integration and test, network and Modular Open System's Approach (MOSA) architecture design, sensor and effector integration, and Agile DevSecOps SW development.

Duties include the key elements of Program/Project Management, Strategy and Business Development, Customer Engagement/Intimacy, and People Leadership. Must have demonstrated Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience and qualifications to lead, plan, organize, staff, report, coordinate, control, identify/mitigate risk, and direct all phases of programs/projects from inception through completion.

Will coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms and conditions of contracts.

Will interface with both US and foreign customer on program/project activities, and brief executive leadership on performance of programs and pursuit efforts.

Supports the Program Director in achieving program financial commitments and business growth. Will support Annual Operating Plan (AOP)/Long Range Strategic Plan (LRSP) development, risk and opportunity management, resource and investment planning/management, and coordinate with other Northrop Grumman programs.

Must perform well in a fast-paced environment, be proactive, represent Northrop Grumman as a top tier performer, and be a positive effective leader of people with varying skills in Program Management, Business Development, and technical disciplines.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, plus minimum of 10 years of Program/Project Management or Engineering Program Manager/IPT Lead experience, which includes program cost, schedule and technical management.

Experience managing and working with multiple subcontractors on a large program

Experience leading and managing Department of Defense (DoD) and/or International programs or major programmatic activities within those programs.

Experience in production management and agile software development

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors.

Demonstrated success in leading and developing cross functional teams.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Ability to make manage change decisions that impact the organization's processes, operations and services.

Ability to comprehend and analyze complex problems and develop solutions.

U.S. citizenship with DoD Secret clearance.

Possesses applied Earned Value Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

MS/MBA or Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field.

Knowledge in air and missile defense systems.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

International program management experience.
