Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced FSO/CPSO. This is a multi-faceted and multi-customer security position focusing on DoD and IC customers. Position will support complex programs as it relates to all applicable federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. Must be able to interpret and execute a security program for multiple customers. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on security related activities, and must be able to articulate this knowledge to best support the contract. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: managing a SCIF and DoD off-site environments; supporting a fast-paced, high profile program; create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers. Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC etc.). Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and related briefings. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Maintains COMSEC and COMSEC accountability.
Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of FSO/CPSO or related experience; or MS Degree and 8+ years of FSO/CPSO or related experience; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
Active TS/SCI and willingness to take and maintain a polygraph.
Experience with NISPOM, DCIDs and/ or ICD(s).
Must have the eagerness to adapt to and excel in a fast-paced work environment in a variety of program areas.
Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Excellent communication skills speaking, writing skills and organizational skills enabling effective communications.
Computer and desktop office software products experience.
Extensive experience with computers / desktop office software products
Counterintelligence, Insider Threat and OPSEC program experience.
