The Associate HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves asa human resourcesgeneralist, partnering with the businessto ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and to resolve HR issues. Responsible for engaging with management and/or serving as an HR liaison for the following areas:talent management, employee relations, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and engagement and inclusion.

The Associate HRBP will consult with stakeholders to help build organizational capability to meet financial needsand strategic goals and objectives.Will provide assistance in developing and implementing value-added HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.There will also be opportunity to use analytical skills to identify talent trends and develop briefings for senior leadership.

The Associate HRBP must commit to developing an in-depth knowledge of legal requirements so as to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliancewith applicableemployment and labor laws. Success in the position relies upon the ability to work independently and effectively to manage time, given multiple priorities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications or Business-related field of study

  • Previous exposure and experience with the core functions of HR such as recruiting, training and development, and policy compliance

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstration of strong problem solving, analytical and systems thinking.

  • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects/tasks from inception to completion in a changing and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree or professional certification inHuman Resources.
