Northrop Grumman is seeking a Data Insight Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Fort Worth, Texas.

Where Technology and Teamwork come together... The qualified applicant will support the F-35 Sustainment Supply Readiness Improvement Technical Lead reporting to the F-35 Sustainment Supply Readiness and Integration Team Manager. This individual will be responsible for leading integration efforts across multiple teams within and outside of Sustainment Supply to drive Supply Readiness Improvement (Driving Implementation of Supply Solutions and Process Improvements).

This will require a highly motivated individual with a continuous improvement mindset, who is able to apply analytics to understand key process drivers and provide leadership to integrate across teams to drive implementation of solutions. The ability to create and execute detailed project plans is a key to effective execution of this position's responsibilities as well as integrating actions across teams. The successful candidate will have understanding and experience in specifying, collecting, processing and presenting information from potentially several disparate data sets and generating actionable knowledge from those data. This person will have analytical and problem solving skills that permit them to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data from many different types of sources, and the ability to consolidate and execute across teams. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience with military - preferably aviation - supply chain management and optimizing the associated processes and data management to drive cost effectiveness and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 years related experience or Master's Degree in a related field with at least 4 years related experience

  • Experience working with cross functional teams.

  • Experience leading change Initiatives including driving and measuring improvement results.

  • Experience performing project management

  • Experience working on supply chain management projects

  • Experience delivering presentations to Sr Manager and above

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external customers in a dynamic environment

  • Active SECRET Security Clearance

  • US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Six Sigma Black belt or Green belt certification.

  • Project Management Professional certification, or similar.

  • Advanced Data Analysis and Experience Presenting to Leadership

  • Experience working on F-35 program.

  • Experience managing supply chain for military customers
