Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Principal Military Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and Battle Space Workstation (BSWS) Trainer to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting our III Corps Mission Command Training (MTC) program at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma (FSOK). The MCIS & BSWS Trainer will supervise a team of Trainers at Fort Sill Mission Training Complex (MTC) and ensures that students receive world-class instruction in accordance with approved Programs of Instruction (POIs).
Responsibilities:
Ensures all Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) are loaded with the latest software version, that all classrooms are simulation driven and demonstrating multi-MCIS integration; also responsible for ensuring all individual training equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Manages the scheduling of courses, the enforcement of standards required for students to graduate, and the cross-training and professional development of the Team
Prepares MCIS briefing material for the supported Mission Command Training audience. Ensures the team is prepared to support various simulation exercises using War Simulation and other Simulation systems
Responsible for supporting various exercises with "over the shoulder" MCIS support
Prepared to assist in the training of all supported classes
Basic Qualifications:
One of the following:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 10 years of military training and Command Post Operations experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of military training and Command Post Operations experience
Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years of military training and Command Post Operations experience
Must possess an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance
Must have analytical subject matter expertise on Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) and MCIS Integration in support of Mission Command Training
Must be familiar with managing and integration of various MCIS including CPCE, Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System, Air and Missile Defense Workstation, Tactical Airspace Integration System, Global Command and Control System-Army, Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System, Command Web, Tactical Messaging, Web Automated Verification System, and Joint Battle Command-Platform
Must have a working knowledge of the following simulation systems used to support MCIS course instruction and exercise support, Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability and Division Exercise Training and Review System
Recent (last 2 years) experience with MCIS or BSWS
May be required to obtain Network+ certification depending on Mission Command Information System expertise
Must be willing to work on-site at Fort Sill in Lawton, Oklahoma
Must be willing to travel as required (up to 10% of the time)

Salary Range: $64,200 - $96,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
