Northrop Grumman's Mission Training Complex Program (MTC) is seeking a Site Manager at Fort Sheridan, IL. The Site Manger will serve as the Fort Sheridan Training Complex (MTC) Site Manager. Responsible for all individual and collective training conducted at the MTC and across the assigned USAR Region. Provides oversight to include scheduling, resource procurement, and quality assurance of all individual training, collective training, simulations, and exercises. Manages daily MTC operations to ensure all tasking and requirements are met. Assists in future planning and strategic decisions to continue growth within the organization.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree 10 years' experience

  • Have a full understanding of Army Mission Command Training

  • Minimum of 10 years supervisory experience

  • Demonstrated Expertise in the following areas: Training and Exercise Planning, Gaming, and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS)

  • MEL-4 qualified (CGSC/ILE completion), or equivalent level military education, or Sergeant Major Academy

  • SECRET level clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MA/MS degree

  • PMP
