The Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector is currently hiring an Access Management Administrator to support Access & Authentication management for the enhanced Identity & Credential Access Management (ICAM) services for the Army Knowledge Online (AKO) program.

This position will be located at Fort Belvoir, VA (primary location). Part-time telework might be available pending client directive.

Role and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support to internal and external customers who utilize the Enterprise Access Management - Army (EAMS-A) authentication services; including Single Sign-On, ADFS-federation, SAML, and LDAP PKI.

  • Administer the Enterprise Access Management Service - Army (EAMS-A) application via AESD trouble tickets supporting Users and application Owners.

  • Review customer error codes, review network traffic and extracting .har files (HTTP Archive).

  • Test customer applications troubleshooting and identifying in-depth corrective action to Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) based authentication applications.

  • Facilitate SSO customers through the process of provisioning sites/applications; exchanging certificates and providing supporting documentation.

  • Support deployment/maintenance of new and existing SSO services.

  • Participate in project performance and process improvement efforts.

  • Work with multiple teams at AKO to develop, document and verify policies & processes.

  • Gather statistics in support of ad-hoc data requests.
