Northrop Grumman is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Cyber Information Operations Manager. This position is located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

The Cyber Information Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of information and operations support services and associated staff and for oversight of the intelligence and operations training.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Advanced Defense Services business area supporting critical Cyberspace Operations program such as the Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) whose mission is to direct and conduct integrated Electronic Warfare, Information Operations, and Cyberspace Operations as authorized, or directed, to ensure freedom of action in and through cyberspace and the information environment, and to deny the same to its adversaries.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Conduct IO staff analysis and research supporting customer's executive level actions and initiatives.

  2. Review and comment on Information Operations and Cyberspace Operations policy, doctrine, regulations, orders, and directives.

  3. Participate in a wide variety of IO conferences, meetings, working groups, and program reviews.

  4. Assist with the preparation, coordination and development of Mission Statements, Mission Essential Task Lists, Concept

Plans, Force Design Updates, Annual Historical Reports, and Command policy documents.

  1. Assist with the preparation, coordination and development of force modernization and organizational design documents.

  2. Develop and maintain operational MOUs.

  3. Write, staff, and review issue papers, decision papers, briefings, and TTP.

  4. Maintain awareness of current operational concepts and plans.

  5. Assemble and maintain orders, directives, regulations and other authorization documents.

  6. Assist in the development and implementation of practices, techniques, and procedures that improve operational and 0.staff efficiency.

  7. Responsible for the management of intelligence and operations support services staff.

  8. Responsible for oversight of the intelligence and operations training.

ARCyber

Basic Qualifications:

  1. Must possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field and a minimum 5 years of experienceor aMasters degree in a relevant field anda minimum 3 years of experience.

  2. Must possess a current Top Secret clearance

  3. Must either have a current SCI clearance or have held a SCI clearance within the past 2 years

  4. Must have a DOD 8570.01-M, IA workforce certification: IAT-II (such as Security+)

  5. Must have experience in intelligence operations

  6. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prefer candidates with experience leading teams of analysts.
