The Supply Chain Manager will Define, track, and communicate metrics around new initiatives, comparing to previous outcomes. Provide functioning advice to production and program management organizations for work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems. Identify and communicate risks/opportunities then generate plans to address each. Assess project material issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, cost, schedule, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Ensure process adherence to company and government policies and procedures. Identify opportunities for cost savings and avoidances. Develop staffing plans to meet program objectives. Manage OIE and indirect budgets as well as third party supplier purchase orders. Ensure data integrity is managed and monitored in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5+ years of warehouse material analyst experience using SAP

  • Leadership experience over 15+ direct reports

  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Supply Chain Management

  • MRP analyst experience

  • Familiar with El Segundo goods movement processes (receiving, kit, distribution)
